Another variation on overnight oats which is ideal for this time of year when it’s getting colder. This is absolutely delicious and will be a popular breakfast of mine over the winter. It is free on No Count and just 4sp on WW Flex as long as you use fat free natural yogurt.
Mix 40g oats with 4 dessert spoons of low fat natural yogurt. Add a squirt of Myprotein sugar-free maple syrup and mix together. Leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, blitz a large handful of defrosted cherries before heating them up in the microwave. (You can add Splenda or another 0sp sweetener if needed.)
Pour the cherries over the top of the oats and enjoy!
