Unfortunately, this website will close around the middle of March as I don't have the funds to keep it going. (It would cost hundreds of pounds just for a further two years.) I am so sorry to have to do this and I'd like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you who've left a comment or enjoyed the recipes over the last two years. Thank you for your support, your words of encouragement and your kindness.  And a massive thank you to Marie and Amanda for your recipes.

I am in the process of transferring some of the recipes over to the Loving No Count Facebook page and will do as many as I can in the time between then and now.  Please do print off your favourite recipes so you can continue to enjoy them.

  1. I am gutted that NC has been taken off the app. I will continue with it as it enables me to eat the same food as the rest of my family pretty much. I love your website and constantly refer to your recipes. Although I still have 4lb to go and it is taking forever I think NC is right for me. Jo

  2. I snack less and I’m not obsessed with how many points are left
    And it’s autumn now I want porridge jacket potatoes and pasta and I’m not spending 7 points on 2 crumpets!
    I did flex for my first 5 months tried no count as I was getting bored I loved the food I can eat. Tried flex last week STS and was hungry and focused on snacks

  3. Hi Helen, back from my holiday which gave my time to reflect on what had happened. I agree 100% with what you have written, my initial feeling was to embrace Flex and move on but here is the issue…..I feel better and eat better on NC, so I am going to carry on doing what I have been doing…. NC to maintain, I have my books still and your website and can continue to have the odd Flex day if I need to but really after a good holiday I feel I need to get back to good healthy eating and NC ticks that box for me. Like you I will continue on Connect for now and will still photograph my food 😘

  4. I went to be weighed today and my leader said she would support me if I wanted to continue with no count so that’s what I’m doing for now. Like you will see how it goes.

  5. My coach said she wouldn’t be supporting me on nc but would support me on changing to flex. As I’ve done filling and healthy and nc for over nine years, I’m just going to get weighed and come straight home, not staying to meeting.

  6. I feel just the same. I followed filling and healthy like Lisa and struggled when the change to no count happened. Like you it is the only time in years that I have not yo yo,ed with my weight I got to goal in 2014 and am still within my goal weight. This way of eating works for me

It’s been such a hard decision to make because it’s seemed like a choice between continuing to be a member of WW or continuing with the No Count plan. As soon as I decided to do both, I felt a lot better and I’m just going to see how it goes. Well done for 4 years maintaining – that’s awesome!   7. Hi. I just tried a week of flex and it’s not for me. I’ve always done no count and it’s always worked. Being vegan I discovered that only 28 items are on zero point list compared to 104 for omnivores!!!! This is why they say it’s easy for them!!! I’m on week 28 and have only put on 1 week . No Count works! Also when your making say a pasta dish for family meal it’s not so easy to work out flex points. I’m sticking with nc. It works 🙂
