Hi, I'm Helen and I'd like to welcome you to my website.  I'm a WW Gold Member and am currently maintaining with an online-only membership.

I've been following the WW No Count plan since August 2016: originally swapping to it to lose my final half stone but deciding to stay with it as it worked when all else failed.  You can read my full story under 'No Count Explained' - 'Why No Count?'.

Over the past year and a half, I’ve created and adapted recipes for No Count which I’d like to share with you on this website.  About a year ago, I began to include the points values for the recipes so that those of you following WW Flex could also try them.  There's a vegan/vegetarian section with recipes very kindly supplied by Marie, and I also share recipes received from Mands (including some fab dessert ones) - both of whom are friends I've made via WW Connect and are fellow WW Gold Members.

In September 2018, WW decided not to give new members the option of following the No Count plan but you are still welcome to have a look at the recipes and try them out on WW Flex.

I'm happy to answer any questions you may have - just leave a comment on one of the pages - and you can also follow me on Instagram @helen_wwgoldmember and Connect @hhay50

I hope you enjoy what the website has to offer and I wish you every success on your WW journey.  Good luck!

    1. Hi Debbie, I’d love to be able to help but I’m not sure when the points drop either. Hopefully, someone who knows will see this comment and answer your question. Wishing you the best of luck in the future 💕 Helen xxxxxx

  3. Loving the site. Thank goodness for it now! Just a quick question…i’m not a fan of brown rice. I use whole wheat couscous when i’m doing a curry but not ideal for stir frys. I’ve seen whole wheat noodles and wondered if they would be on no count?

    1. Hi Moira 🤗 Glad the site can help 👍🏻💕 Wholewheat noodles were not free on NC even though they’re very similar to wholewheat spaghetti. Its one of those decisions you’ll need to make – if you’re only having them occasionally, it should be ok. 👍🏻💕 Hope you have a fab week ahead 🤗💕 Helen xxxxx

  4. Hi Helen, just joined this group and i am so happy! At last a site where real food seems to be the order of the day, just baked the oats, banana and blueberry cookies, they are cooling now, cuppa i think! Thanks x

    1. Hi Jenny 🤗 💕 A skinny latte is 250ml of skimmed milk heated in microwave and added to coffee. A 300g tin is fine 👍🏻💕 Hope you enjoy the rest of your day 💝💕 Helen xxxxx

    1. Hi Debbie – well done 👍🏻💕 Yes, you do need to point the sausages: they’re very low – 2 for 1sp 👍🏻💕 Hope the rest of the week goes as well 🤗 Helen xxxxx

    1. Hi Jenny 🤗 I hear 250ml of skimmed milk in the microwave then pour it over the coffee in a cup. You can add 3g Cadbury Highlights to make a mocha for 0sp too 👍🏻💕 Helen xxxxx
