Unfortunately, this website will close around the middle of March as I don't have the funds to keep it going. (It would cost hundreds of pounds just for a further two years.) I am so sorry to have to do this and I'd like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you who've left a comment or enjoyed the recipes over the last two years. Thank you for your support, your words of encouragement and your kindness.Β  And a massive thank you to Marie and Amanda for your recipes.

I am in the process of transferring some of the recipes over to the Loving No Count Facebook page and will do as many as I can in the time between then and now.Β  Please do print off your favourite recipes so you can continue to enjoy them.

I can still be found on Instagram: helen_wwgoldmember and Connect @hhay50

I wish you all the very best of luck on your WW journeys and hope that a happy and successful year lies ahead.

Love Helen xxx

  1. Thank you so much for continuing with this website it has been my backbone since WW stopped no count. I have tried flex on 2 different occasions and it just didn’t work for me

    1. Hi πŸ€— if you look under the section headed Weekly Plans, you’ll find lots of weekly menu plans πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’• I really hope they can help, Helen xxxxxx

  2. Hi hun love this site and love no count but now struggling to get to classes and trying to go it alone but unsure of how to know when weekly point limit drops from 42 as i dont now have the app. I understand if this question isnt aΔΊlowed

    Debbie x

    1. Hi Debbie, I’d love to be able to help but I’m not sure when the points drop either. Hopefully, someone who knows will see this comment and answer your question. Wishing you the best of luck in the future πŸ’• Helen xxxxxx

  3. Loving the site. Thank goodness for it now! Just a quick question…i’m not a fan of brown rice. I use whole wheat couscous when i’m doing a curry but not ideal for stir frys. I’ve seen whole wheat noodles and wondered if they would be on no count?

    1. Hi Moira πŸ€— Glad the site can help πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’• Wholewheat noodles were not free on NC even though they’re very similar to wholewheat spaghetti. Its one of those decisions you’ll need to make – if you’re only having them occasionally, it should be ok. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’• Hope you have a fab week ahead πŸ€—πŸ’• Helen xxxxx

  4. Hi Helen, just joined this group and i am so happy! At last a site where real food seems to be the order of the day, just baked the oats, banana and blueberry cookies, they are cooling now, cuppa i think! Thanks x

    1. Hi Jenny πŸ€— πŸ’• A skinny latte is 250ml of skimmed milk heated in microwave and added to coffee. A 300g tin is fine πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’• Hope you enjoy the rest of your day πŸ’πŸ’• Helen xxxxx

    1. Hi Debbie – well done πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’• Yes, you do need to point the sausages: they’re very low – 2 for 1sp πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’• Hope the rest of the week goes as well πŸ€— Helen xxxxx

    1. Hi Jenny πŸ€— I hear 250ml of skimmed milk in the microwave then pour it over the coffee in a cup. You can add 3g Cadbury Highlights to make a mocha for 0sp too πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’• Helen xxxxx
