Once again, it’s been hard to write a blog this week – about No Count and losing weight – when people have lost their lives or been injured in London, leaving many devastated families around the world. My thoughts and prayers go out to all those families affected by this latest tragedy.
There were some incredible people, in London, who offered their support to complete strangers without a second thought. They wanted to help others and didn’t think twice about how it could affect their own lives.
Positive support makes all the difference in our daily lives. Supporting someone through their weight-loss journey seems such a small thing to do when compared with the acts of bravery in London. Let’s be there for each other and do what we can to help each other out – whether via Connect, Instagram, Facebook, anywhere… Let’s do what we can to make this world a better place.
