Hi everyone! What a cold week it’s been in the UK this week, I really hope it starts to warm up soon. My husband and I headed out for a walk on the beach on Wednesday evening, with our dogs, and were kitted out in thermals, fleeces, thick coats, hats and gloves! Let’s hope a good summer is on the way.
As you may know, No Count is now a way of life for me as it worked when everything else failed. If you’re thinking of giving No Count a try, approach it by thinking it’s a way of eating without the constant tracking and not that it’s a chance to eat as much as you want from the No Count list. For the best success, aim for three meals a day and one dessert (have a look at ‘What a No Count Week Looks Like’ to give you a better idea). No Count also works better if you have some lunches that don’t include bread/wraps. Try the crustless quiches, salads with a boiled egg, the ‘No Count Stacker’ (or a mini version) or bacon medallions with egg(s), mushrooms and tomatoes. You can read my full story at ‘Why No Count?’.
