Hi everyone and welcome to the ‘Loving No Count’ website!
Although WW don’t offer No Count as an option anymore, this website is here for those of you who would still like to follow No Count or for those of you who would like to try it as a means of kickstarting your weight loss. I have also pointed all the recipes so that those of you following WW Freestyle can try them too.
I’d start by having a look at the ‘No Count Explained’ page which tells you all about No Count and lets you know how many weeklies you have. There’s also a page with the ‘No Count Food List’ and a page with No Count meal plans – including a blank one – all of which can be downloaded. There are lots of recipes – for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert – as well as a vegetarian section.
The website also has a link through to spicentice.com where you can purchase their fabulous range of spices with a 20% discount using the code HH20 and a link through to Go Stationery which has a brilliant range of notebooks and weekly planners. You can get 15% off with the code GOGLAM78. I do receive commission from any orders using these codes but any money raised goes towards the upkeep of this website.
