I’m over the moon to welcome you to the new ‘Loving No Count’ site which has been re-branded after I received financial backing to keep it going.
The website offers a monthly blog which will be published in the middle of each month; recipes suitable for No Count but with the points added for those of you following WW Freestyle; weekly meal plans which are available to download and lots of advice and support for anyone wanting to follow No Count on a short or long-term basis. There’s also a blank weekly meal planner/tracker you can download and use, lots of resource ideas and the all important No Count Food List.
I followed what was Weight Watchers ‘No Count’ from August 2016 – October 2018 (with great success) but swapped to WW Freestyle last October as WW stopped offering ‘No Count’ as an option. I’ve enjoyed a change but I’ve also missed the freedom from tracking that comes with No Count. I’ve missed my ‘free’ skinny lattes and a crumpet snack when it’s needed too:-) I’m ready to follow No Count again but I will have Freestyle days when I feel like it. I am still an online member of WW and am indebted to WW and all my WW buddies for helping me to maintain successfully for the past two and a half years.
Once again, I’d like to spread the word about how great ‘No Count’ is - it’s too good a plan to simply just let it disappear. Whether you choose to follow it full-time or just want to try it for a week or two to kickstart your weight loss, it’s worked wonders for so many people.
I’d love your help too! Please could you spread the word about the website being here. Even though it’s aimed at No Count, nearly all the recipes have points values so it will be useful for those following WW Freestyle too. It would be great if any of you would like to write about your experiences with No Count or just say how wonderful it is: we could then post your comments on the website.
I’m also delighted that Marie and Mands have agreed to continue sending their recipes into the site. Mands has recently amended her ‘Raspberry and White Chocolate Blondies’ recipe so guess what I’ve been baking this week? The new recipe’s here if you want to try it too: the recipe's here!
I’d just like to finish by thanking you for your support with the website over the past two years and offering a warm welcome to any new subscribers. If there’s anything you’d like to see added, please let me know. In the meantime, welcome to the new era of No Count and I wish you all a very Happy Easter!
