About Tamsin
Tamsin Holloway is the lead reviewer at lovingnocount, covering the UK online gambling market with a particular focus on the offshore and non-GAMSTOP segment. She joined the editorial team in 2023 after six years at a regional UK gambling-trade publication and a brief stint inside the affiliate-marketing arm of a UKGC-licensed operator — experience she now declares openly as part of our conflict-of-interest disclosures.
Her remit is straightforward: deposit at every operator we publish about, play long enough to form a fair view, put each site through real withdrawals, and write the result up plainly. She does not accept paid placements, paid review revisions, or hospitality from operators.

Every operator review Tamsin publishes follows the same process: fresh account, real-money deposit (her own, not the publisher's), minimum four hours of play across the verticals the operator offers, at least two test withdrawals on different payment methods, screenshots kept for the record. KYC documents are completed in full at registration, not at withdrawal.
Scoring weights are public: trust & safety (35%), bonus fairness (25%), payouts (20%), game library (10%), support & UX (10%). The same weights are applied to every operator on every list.
lovingnocount earns affiliate commission when readers click through from a review and sign up. Tamsin does not receive personal commission. Rankings are not adjusted in response to operator commission rates. Where a higher-paying operator scores lower on the methodology, it ranks lower. Where a lower-paying operator scores higher, it ranks higher.
Editorial Approach
Three things Tamsin won't do, set out here so readers can hold her to them:
- Recommend a site to a reader who is on GAMSTOP. The point of GAMSTOP is the break. Tamsin's writing assumes the reader is a UK adult who is not on GAMSTOP and who understands they are choosing a market with fewer consumer protections than UKGC.
- Use "risk-free", "guaranteed", or any wording that misrepresents the structural cost of gambling bonuses. She has written a worked example of a 35× wagering requirement; it lives in every relevant review.
