Ingredients

  • 1 pounds Salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoons Minced garlic
  • 8 Lemon wedges
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dill chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper covered by aluminum foil. Lightly spray foil with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Place salmon fillet skin-side down on the prepared sheet. Brush melted butter evenly over the surface.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, and minced garlic over the fillet, ensuring the flavors spread evenly.
  • Slice lemon into quarters. Arrange wedges around the fish, squeezing some juice for a tangy glaze.
  • Bake salmon for 12 minutes. Check doneness—fish should flake easily with a fork. Avoid overbaking to keep it tender.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and dill. Serve immediately.
