Thank you Marie for this alternative hummus recipe.  It’s 1sp on No Count and WW Flex.

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 400g tin of chickpeas
  • large clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp soya yogurt
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • lime
  • handful of fresh coriander

Method:

Drain and rinse the chickpeas and put them and the garlic, yogurt, tahini, juice of the lime, coriander and 2 tbsp of water in a food processor. Blitz until you have the consistency you like, adding more water if preferred.
I use in salads, on jacket spuds etc…
